Our kidney transplant was established in 1987 in affiliation with the Cleveland Clinic and performs greater than 60 transplants per year and over 1,500 in the history of the program.  Our transplant program is ranked in the top 10 in the country for transplant rate and offers expert, high-quality personalized treatment for patients with advanced kidney disease. The transplant center is certified by Medicare and the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) to transplant kidney for adults. Our staff is comprised of a collaborative team of transplant surgeons, certified clinical transplant coordinators, pharmacist, social worker, financial coordinator, and dietitian.
