This academic center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Head and Neck Surgeon to join our team on a per diem basis. This role is ideal for an experienced surgeon looking for flexible scheduling while contributing to a high-quality, patient-centered care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide surgical and clinical care for patients with head and neck conditions, including tumors, thyroid disorders, and complex airway issues.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including oncologists, radiologists, and speech-language pathologists.
• Participate in patient consultations, surgical planning, and post-operative care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and excellence in surgical outcomes.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.
• Valid medical license in West Virginia.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Schedule:

• Per diem, flexible shifts based on department needs.
• May include weekday, weekend, or on-call coverage.
