Salary:
  • Guaranteed salary is competitive and commensurate with experience

OBGYN Position in Southern Georgia-
*1hr North of Tallahassee, FL This opening is with our Women’s Health Clinic joining three other OB/GYNs. Call is 1 day/week plus 1 weekend every four weeks. Extra pay for extra call. The position pay is in the $355-365K range (guaranteed salary) with a 3% annual cost-of-living increase. We do not pay based on RVUs. The quarterly bonus is 100% of the physician’s practice profits (physician’s revenue minus overhead expenses). We offer student loan repayment assistance up to $30K per year if needed. Physicians still in training can choose from a residency/fellowship stipend of $4000/month from the time of contract signing to employment start or a sign-on bonus of equal value upon employment start. Because we are a teaching hospital with family medicine and psychiatry residences and a local medical school, our physicians’/family health insurance is provided in exchange for precepting six residents/medical students per year. We offer an allowance of up to $25K for relocation and also pay for two house-hunting trips. We also provide a $4000 CME allowance and 5 paid CME days per year as well as 20 PTO days 6 paid holidays and a monthly cell phone allowance. Clinic hours are M-Th 8-5 and Fri 8-12. Friday afternoons are for administrative time as needed. We delivered 700 babies in 2023 and must add a fourth OB/GYN to cover the anticipated growth in 2024!
