Our Vascular and Vein Center is expanding and seeks a BC/BE vascular surgeon to join a well-established practice in WV roughly 30mins from Morgantown. This practice has a patient base of almost 300,000, spanning 14 counties and beyond. The practice is located on a newly renovated floor of a medical office building adjacent to United Hospital Center. The hospital facility is only ten years old and has a dedicated vascular suite in the operating room. The practice includes two advanced practice providers who work in the clinic as well as inpatient settings.

A private practice opportunity with a partnership option, joining 2 other full-time vascular surgeons and 2 advanced practice providers. Work at a new and renovated clinic space in an office building, adjacent to the hospital. A vein center is offsite. Currently, there are 12 total OR rooms and 1 is a dedicated vascular suite. Construction is underway on a new tower that will add 2 additional OR rooms.

Oral Maxillofacial Surgery position in Charleston WV-

We are seeking an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our Facial Surgery Center. The position is an excellent opportunity to grow a full-scope hospital-based practice in a supportive environment. The Facial Surgery Center is an ambulatory surgical center that specializes in a broad scope of facial surgery procedures. The center has locations at the General and Women and Children’s hospitals. The center’s physicians are board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and serve as the primary resource team for cleft, craniomaxillofacial surgery, and trauma as well as providing services in head and neck surgical oncology, microvascular reconstructive surgery, dentoalveolar, and cosmetics for Southern West Virginia.

Academic Trauma Surgery Position in Capital City

This Institute for Academic Medicine is seeking a Trauma Surgeon for a fulltime academic associate level position in the Department of Surgery, Trauma, Critical Care and Acute Care Surgery Section at General Hospital located in the capital city of West Virginia. The successful candidate will provide Trauma surgery services in our academic healthcare institution and provide educational opportunities for medical students and residents and will be joining our trauma group at an ACS verified Level One Center with approximately 3,000 cases per year. Scholarly activities are highly encouraged.

Job Requirements by the time of appointment are:

  • MD, DO degree or foreign equivalent degree from an accredited program
  • Board certification or board eligibility by the American Board of Surgery in General Surgery and board certification or board eligibility in trauma/surgical critical care required.
